The characteristic  Hotel Bucaneve's Restaurant, Le Vieux Braconnier, offers to its Guests an efficient and thorough service, that will satisfy every kind of palates, the fine ones, the vegetarians, the coeliacs.

Every Guest will be able to try out the tipical Aosta Valley dishes and the international ones, ( thanks to the constant research of new niche products and to innovative cooking methods ), washing them down with our wine cellar's wonderful wines.

	The talent and the fantasy of the Chef Claudio Santin and the young white hope Salvatore Rosati, enhance every dish, made with passion and personality.

	THE BREAKFAST
	The big Buffet, from 7,30 a.m. to 10,00 a.m., invites to start a new day in a special way: sweet-smelling bread, cakes, biscuits and home made jams, croissants, fruit juices, fresh and dried fruit, cereals, yoghurt, Bosses and Saint Oyen ham, fresh cheese, eggs and more else....

	THE AFTER SKI BUFFET
	Aferr a hard day of sport and fatigue in front of you an elegant table full of delicacies, fresh fruit juices, appealing and tasty snaks ... what else? Every day from 4,00 p.m to 6,00 p.m. in the Oriondé Lounge, an awesome Buffet waits for you!

	THE DINNER
	The " Vieux Braconnier " Restaurant, with its three warm and typical mountain atmosphere dining-rooms, make the Guest feel like at home. It's open every day from 7,30 p.m. to 9,30 p.m.
